Week 4 at CASE Study

I can't believe how fast this month is going! Already week 4?? One week left and I'm really going to miss CASEing Maile Belles' cards!

Here is her card for this week's challenge:

and here's my take:

The inspiration I took from Maile's card was the popped and fussy cut flower, the right hand corner placement and the sentiment placement. I'm super happy with how it turned out! I used Verve (the flower, sentiment and heart) and Taylored Impressions (the green leaf wreath) stamp sets for this card.

Week 3 at CASE Study

Hi there! I can't believe it's already the third week of my guest designer spot at CASE Study! Time flies! This week we're case-ing this beauty of card from Maile Belles:

 

 

I love those rows of coloured hearts - gorgeous! And I really like her corner placement so that's what I used as the inspiration for my card:

Week 2 at CASE Study

I've been sick with a nasty flu this week so I'm just popping in quickly with this week's post. It's week two for me as a GD at CASE Study where the Muse this month is the wonderful Maile Belles *Ü* Here's Maile's stunning card as inspiration:

and here's my take:

 

I loved the all over stamped design she used on the kraft cardstock for her card and used that as the inspiration for my card. I heat embossed the tree onto vellum and used Tombow markers to colour the back of the vellum (keeps the front nice and clean!).
